Siebenhaar Two Drum Hydraulic Winch – 2006
A German-built two-drum hydraulic winch from Siebenhaar Antriebstechnik GmbH, available now from our Quincy, MA yard. Siebenhaar is a German maker of industrial drive and winch systems, known for precision engineering and heavy-duty gearboxes. Built in 2006, this is one of the newer winches in our inventory.
Because it has two drums, one winch can handle two separate lines. That makes it well suited to barge positioning, spud and anchor handling, mooring, and marine construction work where two lines need to be controlled from one spot. Both drums come spooled with wire rope. The whole assembly sits in a compact enclosed steel frame with a top guard rail, ready to bolt down to a deck or skid.
